Collection

In every part of the property it is possible to admire sculptures and paintings realized by some of the most important contemporary Italian artists including Andrea Cascella, Luciano Minguzzi and Carlo Mo. The art works in the villa are part of the art collection gathered over the years by Senator Walter Fontana who acted as real modern patron, he was used to support the artists through direct commissions and to purchase artworks from the most prestigious Italian art galleries of the last century. Many of the pieces of the art collection were realized specifically for the villa and its park, some other works of the collection are now on show in the most important Italian museums.
